The other week I was mindlessly scrolling through TikTok when I saw one discussing how there is too much pressure to look cute at the gym. She claimed this is because active wear pieces have gotten too fashion forward. As a self proclaimed Fashion Girl, I have to disagree. I find when I look good, I feel good, and in terms of working out when my 'fit is cute, I'm more motivated to get the most out of my workout.
