#GRWM: Emily in Paris Edition

Yes, I splurged on the Lancome x Emily and Paris collab, and no, you're not surprised.

There's nothing ringard about this collection!

When I saw that there was an Emily in Paris line created by Lancome, I hit add to cart with zero hesitation. The line includes many adorable products, but somehow I was able to stop myself from buying all of them. I purchased L'absolu Rouge Cream Lipstick in French Tea, Monsieur Big Mascara,The Emily in Paris Eye Shadow Palette (this is shaped like her ringard bag charm btw), and a makeup bag that's simply to die for. I found that the products combine a natural French girl chic feel and Emily's over-the-top colorful style. Meaning you can rock a natural look or something a bit more camp. For my first look with this collection, I decided to go for something a bit more natural.

After looking at this photo, I've decided I should wear a beret everyday.

After setting my face with primer, tinted moisturizer, and concealer, I filled in my brows, and started working on my American marketing exec in Paris makeup look.

  • Using The Emily in Paris Eye Shadow Palette, I put the gorgeous, shimmery shade of Champere on my lid. (Yes, it is a champagne shade.)

  • I then blended a metallic light brown shade, Butter + Chocolate = Love, into my crease

  • Next, I highlighted my brow bone and my inner corner with a sparkling, light blush shade, A Little, "Bonjour"

  • I finished off my eyes by applying Monsieur Big Mascara to my lashes.

  • Last, I applied L'absolu Rouge Cream Lipstick in Tea Party

So there you have a chic, simple, American trying to be Parisian inspired look. I highly recommend this collection. I found all the products to look and feel as luxurious as anything Savior would take on as a client. I personally can't wait to try to create more looks. My next will hopefully be as bright and as colorful as Emily.

XOXO,

Kristin
