* Straight off-the-runway trends only
Since everyone seems to be welcoming Fall even earlier this year, (I see you Dunkin') I decided it was time to release my Fall Trend Report. Typically I'm not big on the word "trends" mostly because I believe you should wear what you feel confident in. However, there is no denying the the F/W runways brought us exciting styles that I can't wait to wear! So, I present to you trends in Fashion, Beauty, and Entertainment for this upcoming season. Do with this information what you will.
Fashion
This Fall will not be your typical neutral sweaters and booties, and, in fact, will be full of fun, bold fashion choices. We're seeing any classic pieces with a high fashion twist and I could not be more excited!
TikTok Approved Sweater Vests
This is a TikTok trend that is here to stay! Though it's a "trend" sweater vests allow for a timeless preppy look that we can all rock for years to come.
Sassy Cutouts
Time to feel that Autumn breeze on your skin because the cutout trend isn't going anywhere with the change of the season. This Fall, we will be seeing cutouts on sweaters, tops, pants, and, of course, dresses just like the fabulous one above!
Lovely Lilac
We will be seeing this stunning purple tone everywhere come next season, and I'm not mad about. You can rock a single piece in this color or go full monochrome. Either way, you'll be looking like a perfect 10!
Making Me Blush
Admittingly this is simply not my color. However, I'm always excited to see any pink hue come back into fashion. I'll be excited to see everyone rocking this gorgeous pale pink shade. Though, it doesn't look great on me, I'll probably buy a blush bag.

Pops of Color
Remember when I said this Fall is not for neutrals... in fact, we're going to see many electric neon shades take center stage this season. So don't be afraid of being bold and bright!

Leopard Print
I don't need an excuse to wear this fierce and fabulous trend! In fact, my leopard coat is still in my closet and ready for the colder weather.
Bold Patterns
If you thought these bold 60's and 70's inspired patterns we're going to disappear come Fall, then you would be wrong. We'll being seeing even more of them come the change of the season, plus, animal prints such as Zebra and snakeskin,

Leather... But Make it Colorful
There is no surprise that I'm mentioning leather on this Fall trend report, as it truly is one of this season's staples. However, gone are they ways of the boring neutral leather pieces. It's time to express yourself with some color!

All the Denim
Time to channel that iconic Britney Spears denim moment because we will be seeing denim everywhere this season. Every denim trend you can think of is coming in fashion, acid wash, distressed, boot cut, and denim on denim. You name it, and it's probably in style.

Printed and Patterned Tights
Tights are another Fall staple, but this year we're bringing back patterned tights. Now these patterns are limited to black tights, you can rock some color and fun 70's prints.
Tailored to a T
Sometimes true fashion exisits in the details. Well tailored pieces have been a classic for many decades. This being said, you can't go wrong buying some tailored pants this Fall. I promise they will be in style for several to come.

Knits on Knits
As per usual we will be seeing knits everywhere this fall, but not in the way you would normally see on your Instagram feed. While I'm sure we'll be seeing many oversized sweaters, we'll be seeing a more sophisticated form of the knit with stunning two piece sets and dresses.
Silky Slip Dresses
We love seeing a roaring 20's trend going strong in 2021! Slip dresses are such easypiece and can easily be dressed up or down. Don't be surprised though when you see me dressing it up with some cute heels.

Fun Fringe
We'll being seeing lots of fun fringe details in various pieces this fall. Some fringe we be subtle and some will be bold either way it's an exciting way to make your look a bit more fashionable.

Cropped
It's no surprise that I'm reporting that cropped silhouettes are here to stay. This Fall we'll being seeing it more with cropped blazers and knits.
Straight off the Slopes
It shouldn't come as a shock that with puffer jackets becoming high fashion that other ski pieces would as well. These slope approved sweaters will be everywhere this Fall.
Sparkles, Sparkles, and More Sparkles
Sequins are a trend I can always get behind. Especially, when it's done in a classy high fashion way.(Sorry, but this is not an excuse to break out the tacky sequin dress we all have sitting in the back of our closets.) This Fall we'll be seeing sequins everywhere in the form of blazers, blouses, joggers, and, of course, dresses.
Shoes
Fall is usually all about boots and booties, but I'm had to report (while of course we'll be seeing plenty of those) we'll also be seeing plenty of preppy loafers, strappy heels and metallic details.
A Sleek Take on Cowboy Boots
Think of this as the cowboy boot's sleeker and more fashion forward cousin. We'll be seeing lots of boots with the shape of the cowboy boot, but without all the detailing.
Strappy Sandals
No, you did not read this wrong. This Spring/Summer trend is making it's way into Fall. So on those warmer days, don't be afraid to pair these with a midi dress.
Chunky Loafers
Look if you had asked me a year ago if I could get behind loafers as suitable footwear, I would have been on the fence, but with the Gossip Girl revival influencing an overall preppy fall style, I say they're a must.
Silver
My personal apologies to gold and rose gold, but this season is all about silver, so get ready to rock all the metallic silver footwear. Personally I'll be using this trend as an excuse to wear these Cinderella heels all season long!
Over the Knee Boots
Our favorite boot trend is making a comeback! I personally can't wait to get my hand on another pair of these!
Slouchy Boots
These boots were a staple in many runway shows this season, so it's no surprise that they will also be a staple this Fall!
Platform Boots
Look, I'll take any excuse to be a bit taller, so I'm about this.

Embellishments
Another excuse to sparkle? I'll take it!
Handbags
These days the handbag you carry is almost if not more important than the outfit itself. Personally, I usually opt for a small clutch, but I decided to include this section for those who prefer a purse.
Quilted
If your lucky enough to own a Chanel bag, this trend is the perfect excuse to carry it around all season. If not, (just like me) it's an excuse to find a cute quilted bag to carry around.
Cute and Fluffy
Some days just call for looking as cute as possible, and those days call for these adorable fluffy bags.
Oversized
Finally an excuse to carry way too much is back again!

Time to cue "Glamourous" by Fergie because when it comes to jewelry this Fall it is all about the glam. We'll be seeing statement making earrings, charms, and chains.
Chandelier Earrings
Name an earring more glamourous than the chandelier... you can't! So channel your most glamourous self, and rock a pair of these earrings this Fall!
Statement Earrings
Chandelier earrings aren't the only ones that will be making a statement this fall.
Long Chain Necklaces
You know what they say... the longer the chain the closer to.. wait, that's not it. However, these extra long chain necklaces are it this Fall!

Cocktail Rings
Time to break out those lavish cocktails rings because what this Fall needs is even more glam!
No matter the trends this Fall, just remember to wear whatever you choose with confidence because with that, you can pull off anything. Especially, with whatever form of whatever pumpkin spice flavored coffee of your choosing in hand!
