Because this Halloween I refuse to be ringarde.
Another tv character's wardrobe I would like to steal would be Emily from Emily in Paris. In fact, as soon I finished watching the first season, I figured out where to find some cheaper versions of her outfits. (How she affords designer with her marketing career, I'll never know!) That being said, it was very easy for me to recreate a couple of her looks for Halloween.
Welcome to Paris... but Make It Casual
When Emily arrives in Paris, she's honestly wearing her most laid back outfit of the entire series. However, there is a bit of a charm to it. Plus, it's super easy to recreate.
The 'Fit
Red and Black Flannel
White Cropped Tank
Black Jeans
White Sneakers
Bonus: The selfie she takes on her balcony is an iconic moment, so having her cute vintage camera phone case really completes the outfit!
The Almost Cliché, Chic Blazer Set
As soon as Emily's cute black and white blazer set and red beret graced my screen, I was adding both to cart! This look is absolutely adorable and perfect for Halloween!
The 'Fit
Black and White Plaid or Check Blazer Set (Shorts would be more true to her look, but a short skirt would also do!)
A White Tank or Camisole
Black Pumps
A Red Beret (This is what truly makes the look!)
Bonus: If you are lucky enough to have your hand on a small, black Chanel bag (or any high-end bag), now is the time to flaunt it!
Completing Both Looks
In the show they pretty consistently gave Emily the French Girl makeup look, which is actually a very natural look.
